Full Session Booking Contract

 Up to 60 minutes of event photography. 40 images total in color and black & white. Posed group photo session with family prior to event, candid photos included.  Digital Photos will be delivered to client through the client's email via downloadable link through studio's site. The digital photos will be Hi resolution jpg format with rights to make prints and use for social media. All retainer fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date in the event of fire, flood, hurricane or other natural disaster based upon availability. MILAH GRACE PHOTOGRAPHY retains legal copyrights to all images. All contracts & terms applies to our sister company of Modern Femme Photography(MFP).

Model Release

 I hereby give permission to MILAH GRACE PHOTOGRAPHY(MGP) to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release. All contracts, & terms apply to our sister company Modern Femme Photography(MFP).

Print Release

Milah Grace Photography (MGP) grants permission to client listed to print an unlimited amount of copies of the image(s) on this memory device. The images are copyright (MGP) and may not be altered in any way, ie: filters, entered into any contests or sold to a third party. This document may serve as adequate proof that MGP has granted permission to client listed to print these copyrighted materials.
